James has called the San Fernando Valley his home the majority of his life. He now supports one of the top real estate companies in Los Angeles county, Park Regency - an elite brokerage with over 40 years experience serving the valley and surrounding areas. James chose Park Regency because of their sense of service. For nearly 30 years James has supported the development of robotic space missions at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory where he applies a servant leadership style in his management - focusing primarily on the growth and well-being of people and the communities to which he belongs. James is a reverend of the Universal Life Church and life coach. He has acted as his own general contractor and is a property manager. James is very proud to have served as a pilot in the US Navy. He is a licensed private pilot, certified SCUBA diver, and United States Navy qualified sailboat skipper.

James served in both the USAF and USN and completed primary flight training in the Navy during the Gulf War. Excellence in service, dedication and integrity is applied to everything he does.
Engineering Manager
James has over a decade of leadership, and coaching experience. In his current position he leads the Architecture and Formulation Group in JPL’s Payload and Small Spacecraft Mechanical Engineering Section supporting multiple technology development activities. He is co-inventor on multiple technologies, and the originator of the JPL Innovation Jam. He is co-inventor of the Concept Generator and Laser Spiderweb Sensor used with portable handheld devices (patent filed on 9/25/2015).
